Emnor supplies new mechanical seals, and reconditions all types and sizes. For repair, Emnor has inhouse surface grinding, lapping, and carbon face manufacturing. We also have inventory of springs, set screws, o rings and gasket material. Emnor stocks a variety of new seals.

Emnor has over 1,000 new seals in inventory. Cartridge types are stocked in ANSI sizes. Component style are single and multi spring, in common material combinations. Our seals are interchangeable with John crane, Burgmann, Flowserve, Chesterton and AES.

Our engineering, design, machining and assembly expertise can be used for failure analysis. Emnor regularly recommends changes that result in extended pump service life.

Rush repair can be done same day. Complex, engineered seal repairs normally take a few weeks.
Seals are dismantled, ultrasonic cleaned, and inspected. A scope of work and price are quoted. Once approved, the repair is started.
The seal size, type and materials should be provided. Digital photos are helpful.
